A turn of phrase that both Peonia and Penny use when exasperated, with slightly different enunciation. A drier, stricter translation might be "that's the thing [that's the problem with you]-!!". Nia's use of it is officially translated as "Ugh! It's things like this!" and Penny's as "Uggghhh! Why are you like this?!"
