Source? ZUN only used the words Koakuma and Daiyousei when he was suddenly asked about those characters but never mentioned them as official names, so they are Semi-official since ZUN used them. Unless this is some recent interview.

I know this is a long time already... but anyway...
In the interview about Koakuma, ZUN used that term as a singular term and in a way that implies it's an actual name, whereas for Daiyousei, he used that term in a way that resembles a species name.
