First, Haruhi should be clean and speaking with confidence - she thinks she is too smart to be tricked.
Suddenly, the green slime begins to fall on her head from above. She is surprised and unhappy.
The slime continues falling and splatters over her hair, face, and clothes.
The slime then stops falling. Haruhi looks angry and embarrassed because she is messy.
