My apologies to the uploader, but this doesn't really seem like 40K to me, especially with the RL rounds and shells denoted on the bottom left, and the relatively contemporary clothes on the ork. Pixiv isn't loading for me at the moment of writing, but it's likely the picture is either original artwork, or for some urban fantasy game like Shadowrun and the like. Still a good pic though!

While this does look very Shadowrun, I don't see it tagged in the Pixiv post. Going off the post's description, this might be based on a Doom mod. Not sure, though. Changing copyright tag to original.
