She is my first character of my "cyber character design" personal project. I got the idea from "PINK PANTHER" the cartoon, she is the gyaru-kind thief that has a desire to steal the pink diamond. She has a goofy personality with much confident about stealing things, but not good at covering up and lying.
Also this is my very first cyber- style design, I'm working on another cyber character and more!
