Mitaka Asa looking up at the far sky...
A while ago I came across the super-cut of 'Parasite in Love', I saw Komatsu Nana's role in the movie and was very amazed by it.
If Mitaka Asa exists in real life, then she must look like Komatsu Nana.
The manga in her hand is 'Sayonara Eri' because that is the work Mitaka was part of when she had short hair.
