Based on Okayu's reply on that situation it's just 'make-believe' thing. The content of the medley was not made with their 'consent', after all.
I don’t know where you got that “not made with their consent” from, but maybe you should watch Polka’s impromptu interview with Korone right after the medley aired, in which Korone first jokes that it was decided for them, but then clarifies that they “didn’t do it because someone told [them] to” and it was indeed their own choice.
If you read the comments on the clip you linked, you’ll also notice that that clip seems to be missing some context and what Okayu was trying to get across to her international viewers was that while they did propose on stream, they didn’t get married IRL, which isn’t surprising, considering that Japan still doesn’t have same-sex marriage or any legally binding equivalent.
In good ol’ OkaKoro fashion, they’re pretty specific with what they’re denying and what they’re not denying. As usual, they’re leaving it to the imagination of the viewers, so make of that what you want. By yourself, for yourself, that is. Please don’t spread false information.
