I don't ever recall doing stuff like this. The only thing I remember doing during rainy days was sitting in front of the computer playing Doom and other DOS games.

Well it depends if someone doesnt mind cutting up their doujin to scan it for the internet. Contrary to popular belief, even people who buy 2 copies of doujins are hisitant to do that. I myself have some touhou doujins i wouldnt mind translating but i'd be damn if i have to cut them up to scan them.

While I'm happy as anything that Minami is getting paid for things like Trouble Spirit (He really deserves it), at the same time, I am sad that we're made to go so long between Chibi-Mikus.

You can scan some doujin without cutting it up, but the scans aren't as high-quality as they could be. :P
There're also scanners without edges or something, meant for scanning books.
In any case, I doubt anyone's going to scan the Chibi-Miku books. I don't believe they see more than one run, do they?
