since she has no claw marks she could be reversing time or maybe she's be faking all along and never took any damage at all.

Possible explanations:
1) Sakuya uses her manipulation of time to hasten recovery.
2) The one Yuugi is hitting is a decoy.
3) Yukari fooling around with gaps (Like, blocking cat Rin's initial claw on the face)

I think he just used a more detailed style than usual.

It might be that she healed herself with her power of will alone.

Sakuya just took a direct hit from Yuugi. There's more to it than that. Most likely that she's not even hitting Sakuya, but something else.

Sakuya doesn't have the power to reverse time nor stopping it entirely. It's just slowing it down to a state where it seems like that.

But it's very likely that it is indeed connected to her ability. I wonder how she manages to use it despite being in the barrier.
She also looks like she is not tired at all after the long struggle with Orin.

Biggest reason why it would nice to see her lose here. Can't see it happening but it would be nice.

If she is using time-hax it'll be because Yukari adjusted the boundary for her.

We don't know how Sakuya's training went and apparently Yukari made "requests" for this match.

A lot of people are talking about the no-powers-in-the-boundery rule, but we already saw Flandre pull a 4-of-a-kind in the barrier. Twice. As well as both the Onis going giant. These rules are rather... flimsy

Sooo... who else remembers that Yuuka was Sakuya's training partner?

Hell i thought Sakuya would be dodging the attack, but she took the blow, and still having an unamused face

It is actually impossible to have a Reimu vs Marisa ending since they are scheduled to fight in this round (as seen in the giant dispenser machine sequence). Either Marisa or Reimu will make it to the finals, but it is impossible for both making it. One of them is going to go out this round.

And regarding Sakuya's healing: couldn't it be that Sakuya just stopped time and took a rest? Lets say Yukari made it possible for Sakuya to stop time in the barrier. Then Sakuya uses the stopped time to recover from the blow, maybe walk out the ring and patch up the claw mark, get a drink, read a magazine, prepare Remi's snack and then walk back up the ring and grabbing hold on Yuugi's arm before letting time continue again.
It seems more possible than upgrading her powers to 'stuff never happened'.

Question is, is she able to use time powers?

People stop griping about the barrier, all it does is make Projectiles impossible and puts a massive drain on anyone using their powers.

No claw marks.... sooo the especially training with yuuka is very effective...

People need to stop whining about the barrier and go back and read. The barrier stops external use of power, ie - projecting danmaku and powers that affect others/manipulate things outside the body (such as Flandre's destruction ability, Remilia's fate manipulation, Nitori's water control, etc.) not internal uses of power or transformations (Keine, Yuugi, Suika, Kaguya and Mokou's immortality, the shrine maidens and Marisa creating magic barriers inside their bodies so they can take hits, etc.).

This was explained. Not in nearly as much detail as it should have been, but if you paid attention to the details you'd see it. The guys from 8 months ago have an excuse in that this series wasn't getting consistent translations but some of the more recent posters need to go back and check out these details.

Most likely excuse is that Sakuya is manipulating time inside her body in some way (like freezing time inside her body so that the damage doesn't register right away or healing herself super fast).
