As a person who's lived with cats my entire life, I know this scenario all to well.

I suggest adding the truth tag,cause as whatdoyouwant says, this actually does happen with most cats.

What *is* it with cats, anyhow? They always think what's on the other side of the door is way more awesome than the side they're on, even if they were just there. They aren't stupid (Well, most of them aren't), so they can't be *forgetting*...
