Knightmare Corruptor Iblee is basically a merged form of Ib the World Chalice Priestess and Lee the World Chalice Fairy, with the latter in control.

Short version: Yes.
Longer version: Ib is the actual person (though her first card appearance was named "Crowned by the World Chalice," hence the tag), and Iblee is the name used when her body is being possessed by Lee, who is a different character.
