If it has no alcohol, why bother putting the percentage on at all?
Would depend on the drink, but if there are common versions of that kind of drink that does contain alcohol then the manufacturer would put some of indicator that this is a nonalcoholic version.

Usually, for a drink to be allowed to be labelled as “non-alcoholic”, it’s not allowed to contain more than a certain amount of alcohol, such as 0.5 %. 0.5 % isn’t “none”, though, so manufacturers print “0.00 %” on it to indicate that the non-alcoholic drink really doesn’t contain any alcohol. This is relevant for people with an alcohol intolerance, people that had an alcohol addiction in the past and don’t want to relapse, or drivers in jurisdictions that have zero tolerance for DUI.
