An alternative development phase meant to introduce the concept of Full Armor to the RX-80PR Pale Rider. With the addition of thicker armor and more thrusters, the Pale Rider FC would have had outstanding defensive capabilities, without affecting mobility. However, due to time and budgetary restraints, the Pale Rider FC was passed over for development in favor of something that could be deployed as soon as possible. The Conquista Heat Halberd was simplified and repurposed into the Heat Lance wielded by the RX-80PR-3 Pale Rider Dullahan.
