I can't decide whether mistaking Sakuya for an angel due to near-death delirium or mistaking Yukari for a customer at all is Meiling's biggest case of poor judgment.

But... but she can only stop time. Unless it's in the mangas or something, I've seen nothing that says she can reverse the flow of time.
Considering that this is what Meiling is seeing, it is possible that Sakuya is just pressing the wound / bandaging the wound / stopping the blood flow by speeding up the time near the wound (causing it to clot faster).
She's just stopping "time" to prevent the wound from getting worse and kill Meiling so that the body can heal it, like stasis of some sort? I have no clue what I just said.

I get what she's doing, it just throws my mind THAT she's doing it. She said "don't move or time will flow," so she's just using a stasis thing on the wound.
Sakuya is HEALING a KNIFE injury on HONG MEILNG. The end times are nigh! Repent!

Thinking about that is just going to give me a headache.
Simple way of putting it-if a glass is falling, she can reverse time so that it ends up back on the table. But if the glass breaks, she can't reverse the entropy. Thus, what she is doing here is simply stasis.
Sakuya just pressed the pause button on Meiling and the wings are a metaphorical representation of what Meiling is seeing
Or time will flow.I see...she's an angel...Don't move.Huh...where am I, again...?Who is she, again? I don't think I know her, and yet it feels like I do...
