I dunno, considering succubi can not only exist openly but teach children, I think there's some low-key greater acceptance of sexual behaviour in Mogalworld. Zoey may have her own baser instincts but with her students/charges she stays firmly on the side of removing (and snacking on) their shoulder devils. It's not like the system is teaching them to be more adventurous.
