haha, the link cables. friend of mine and I used to duplicate Pokemon all the time with the tricks with the cable

ah, i used to use my little brother and step-sis to help duplicate pokemon like crazy and help me get a level 100 espeon.

I also remember accidentally nuking a save due to failing to do the duplication trick right and losing a level 78 espeon.

Luckily, i had a spare, level 68 version on my little brother's game that he didn't mind giving back to me. ...
ah, those were the days.

I kinda find link cables a bit annoying since one of you gotta carry it. I remember last time when I was suppose to battle with my friend but both of us forgot to bring 1.

However the multi one was quite fun.

I always wanted to trade my blue pokemon to crystal but i couldnt because the gameboy advance cable didnt work like the old one... :(

I remember this, heck I told someone "I'll trade a machoke for your pidgey" they thought i was crazy until I pulled the plug... then they thought I was insane. XD

I always wanted to have a friend with a GameBoy to play Pokémon with me... ;_;

I had 2-3 friends of mine who were playing Pokemon but I was the only one with Link Cable.

I remember me and my cousin used to play like this on opposite sides of a door. I wouldn't let him out to use the bathroom and I got my fingers stuck under the door.

All the good time. In middle school me and my friend used to think about cutting the cable in middle of trade. We wonder if Pokemon could appear if we do so.

And also quad cable *sigh* I never able to find enough Gameboy.
