If there's money or conspiracy inside Aya's head, the count will never reach 3. Fortunately, this match has none of them....inside Aya's head at least.

I'm starting to question whether the match selection really was random.
Oh it's Random, otherwise Sanae/Suwako woudln't have ended up facing two tough teams. If it wasn't for Sanae's hax, chances of them losing would have been high.
(Almost) Completely Fair: - Red 75% (Completely fair play with some prideful stupidity on Remi's part as handicap.)
- Mokou & Keine (Almost completely fair play except for that 2 vs 1 moment against Kaguya)
- Eientei (Completely fair play, since crowd support isn't cheating and it wasn't their fault Aya was corrupt.)
- Frozen Sunflower (Mostly fair play besides some brutality from Yuuka.)
Mild cheating:
- Shikigamis (Ran powered up Chen, Yukari powered up Ran.)
- Maids (Suika disguising as Koakuma. The giant battle, Koa army and the balloon are justified as counters against Underground's dirty tactics.)
- Scarlet 200% (Four-of-a-Kind. Flandre could have killed Sanae, but that wasn't her intention.)
Dirty cheaters:
- Moriyas (Iron knuckles, red mist, opportunists, Suwako would have gladly killed Meiling.)
- Underground (Mind reading, spying behind the scenes, fighting outside the ring, attempted two on one, pulling partner (Chen) away from ring.)
- Ghosts (Fighting before the bell starts, using weaponry, outside support, chain Reimu to ring, three on one.)
To be judged:
- Sanzu
- Kirisame Family
- Myourens
- Heaven or Hell (LETS ROCK!)
It think the rigging is pretty justified. Underground has been cheating a lot in this tournament, so they called this all out on themselves. They called down the thunder, now they reap the whirlwind.
To be honest a slightly dirty stunt The Eientei folks did was have Eirin basically soften Mokou up via pressure points. That being said, it's far more clean handed than most.
And you forgot about the organizer's misdeeds, such as ambushing Satori's group w/ Youmu and Reisen (two of the worse dirty fighters) One'd have to wonder if the Lost Servants are fighting dirty because they feel things being unfairly tipped against them if not spite against Kanako and Co. For their stunt.
I don't think the undergrounders were even notified of the tournament like so many of the other power groups were. It looks like they just found a recruiting poster after registration was already over.

Yeah that was terribly intentional on Yukari's part. I think she wanted them to storm the ring to add drama to it, but she had no real plans on letting them have their whole way.
And a question: Does shoving someone's face in your ample cleavage count as foul play? Just curious since that is easily Komachi's most effective move.

It might count as a choke hold.

I noticed in some of the earlier comics that Tewi was having her bunny minions spy on the other teams' training and then relaying the information to Eirin. That seems a bit like cheating.

I love the way people give their favorite lovable, destructive loli a bias pass. Flandre would not have cared if that attack actually killed Sanae, heck she even stated it. I would have went postal too if someone damn near killed my great, great, great, countlessly great grandchild. This is coming from a person who does not even like that team for that bs Yuuka match ending.
We have no idea when this will end.Fight!!Episode 515: The Sponsors' WorryFrom the Artist's Pixiv pageI wonder just how much will the expense be for this match...SlapsAs declaredConsidering they were doing whatever they pleased for the whole match, it's understandable. She tried to call the third count without the obligatory pause in between.Thr-...!Even for the audience, there was a pause mid-match.
