Can also be used for the four remaining members if they are depicted together, whether as holoCouncil or as holoPromise with IRyS.
Also the "holoPromise" tag is added to holoCouncil in the "other names" field and technically Promise is just "Council with IRyS in Sana's place". The existing Council tag should suffice for Promise.

They are officially two separate things, though; one is not simply another name for the other. Promise isn't a quasi-official subset like Holotori or Umisea, it's a new unit altogether, with its own logo and lore. The fact that it's made up of pieces of two earlier ones is admittedly unusual, but hey, that's how Cover decided to play it.
