Is it just me or is her sword scabbard clipping through her breast?

I guess the it's supposed to be damaged as well? Though the damage to the blade makes no sense unless it was further out when taking the hit and is now being sheathed, which doesn't look like it is.

Compare with the undamaged art and you can see it's clearly meant to be broken.

I know that the blade is supposed to be damaged, but it does look like it’s clipping through her breast.
