Nope. This is an armlock. Someone did perform Tower Bridge in this series though

Ah, terminology error. The first frame looked a bit similar to Robin Special, and I confused it with tower bridge.

Interesting choice, considering both Sakuya's last name and the move name (Jujigatame) share a kanji.

Apparently, someone is hater of Sakuya team and wants underground team to win so hard that he/she voted down comments wishing for Sakuya's victory. Sheesh... really, really... is it THAT hard to withstand healthy competition people?
