Vacation Diary: Page 1

I’ve come to the beach with Satori, Orin, and Okuu today! We got some really cute swimsuits, but Satori has just been staring at her travel plans the whole time. A little fun in the water won’t do her any harm!

I decided to go for a little walk, but then I heard Orin and Okuu screaming something at the top of their lungs. I got curious and went to see what they were doing. Apparently, they were calling out to me ‘cause it’s lunch time! Hehe, I’m so excited to see what Satori made for us! OK, I’m gonna go eat now! I’ll write more later!

After a delicious lunch, we all went for a walk on the beach! Satori took us to a place that had a beautiful view! I found something really cool over there! It was a super cute seashell! I plan on doing a lot of shopping while I’m here, so I gotta remember to keep some space in my bag for it!

Someone’s written something in my notes from yesterday! It looks like it was Okuu. I’m glad everyone’s having fun!

Today, I’m gonna write about the seashell I picked up yesterday! I realized that there’s a fairy living inside it! It’s so cool ‘cause even if I can’t see the fairy, it sounds like someone’s in there! I’ll write more about it later. I’m getting sleepy now. Good night!

I can’t believe Okuu dared to write in Lady Koishi’s diary… but I guess it’s only a little message at the end, and Lady Koishi doesn’t seem to mind it. Maybe I’ll write something, too.

Um, the seashell Lady Koishi found was really pretty. She had fun making pretend phone calls with it. I think I saw something big fall out of the sky after that. Maybe I’m imagining things…

Vacation Diary: Page 4

Today there’s a message from Orin in my diary! I like this! It feels like I’m reading a letter!

I’m gonna write about how I found the seashell! I was walking along the seashore when I saw Satori standing there. She was holding a seashell against her ear. It was like she was listening to music. I asked her what she was doing, and she told me to put the seashell close to my ear and listen carefully. I thought she was acting weird, but I was curious, so I gave it a try! That’s when I heard it. I thought I was imagining it at first. But I could hear something soft and slow. It was very subtle and calming. It felt like I was listening to the sound of waves.

Vacation Diary: Page 4 Continued

I asked Satori why the seashell sounded like the waves. Instead of answering, she asked me what I thought the reason was.

There’s nothing inside the seashell, and yet I can hear the calming sound of waves. It’s like someone’s playing that sound. That’s why I said I think there’s a fairy living inside it! But Satori just smiled and said, “”Maybe.”” She didn’t confirm anything. I bet she knows the right answer. She could’ve just told me!

Well, whatever! I mean, if the seashell was really empty, why would it sound like someone’s playing the sound of waves? And it wouldn’t be possible to make pretend phone calls either. Anyway, I’m gonna go have dinner and make more pretend phone calls with the seashell!

By the way, try not to make pretend phone calls when you’re inside. Although, even if you’re outside, things could go wrong if that thing falls in the wrong place.
