The artist commentary confirms that it's Piplup, if anything. This is a jab against PETA.

Technically there's Combusken which looks like and anatomically similar to turkeys.
Also leaving feathers in is just sloppy preparation; you'd have that sulfur-y smell of burning hair all over on your poultry.

Yeah, they and their false providence can go to hell. Worst part of it, most of the animals of the number you mentioned were, not in perfect conditions but sufficiently savable, making their deaths unjustified.
