I was about to tag this with "osoroshii_ko" and "garasu_no_kamen" (and was surprised the latter tag doesn't even exist yet on Danbooru), but noticed the "yamamoto_suika_(style)" tag and realized I might be misattributing the facial expression tropes used here. Heaven knows they were common enough among the shoujo manga of the time. I'm not familiar enough with "Ace wo Nerae" or any other of Yamamoto-san's works to tell if this directly parodies one of her pages, though.
