They're not quite "dirigibles", but it looks like it's taking place in the Normandy War Thunder map, which, if I recall, features those stationary blimp-looking things above the town, which I think are supposed to be some way to inhibit ground attack aircraft.

Called kite balloon on Danbooru.

They're mentioned in the dirigible wiki, and some of them are tagged dirigible and some aren't. I don't think it's clear if they should, but I think they shouldn't, since the word implies they're crewed, while kite balloons are unmanned and tethered to the ground

Why is it not tagged as War Thunder then if it very clearly takes reference from the game?

Every time I see someone shooting them down in a match I just keep hearing this:
"My balloons...those are my balloons... HE STOLE MY BALLOONS!
Why didn't somebody tell me had one of those .... things!? Bob? Gun."
