That gave me a clear mental picture of what the panties look like. A simple no-frills design of dark-purple fabric with a wide pink elastic waist part and a pink circled-M print in the middle on the rear. Possibly a smaller one on the front side, too, but I would have to see it to decide whether it works.

I think that the artist wrote Arisa as a portemanteau of Alice+Marisa, which is the fan nickname for the couple.
