No. This is porn centric or an advertisement for a lingerie company, not realism. The breasts are far too squeezed together (unless it's supposed to be a push up bra) in the top row and pushed slightly too high up in the middle "good" one. Things like "tip b" as the artist called it are possible if the material is loose. All of this would only apply to solid bras.

Look at the direction and connection points of the straps: They’re running straight down and are connected far on the outside of the cups, so this bra is supposed to have a push-up effect.
