Is the level of lewd in this work enough to class it as NSFW?

The reason I ask is because I have had a very similar commission idea for Koyori in mind for some months. Seeing this work has me seriously thinking about hitting up the artist's Skeb but they have it set as no NSFW requests.

My request idea would be to have the view from Koyori's thighs as though she was squishing the viewer between them while we get a nice up shirt under boob view just like this. Koyori with a lewd smile on her face.

At worst I could take the idea to another artist and still use this one as an example work of what I have mind but this one is already so close I really want try this artist if I can.
