It's Marin cosplaying as Mordred, yes. It's the artist's own work. Left poster has Melusine, probably artist's own work as well, but I can't find the picture. (Pixiv doesn't have it and I can't search Twitter.)

Thanks for the confirmation, added note w/link. Will see if I can track down the other one.

Edit: I did find it after a bit of searching and it turned out not to be Melusine after all - it's some VTuber I wasn't aware of. Have uploaded and referenced now.
