There's nothing Explicit about a "stretched mouth", chief. That rating is for sexually explicit content and extremely graphic violence, not characters with merely monstrous features. Please familiarize yourself with howto:rate.

That's not his jaw, the skin on his face has been stretched over his armor in some torture method looking way, hence gore. Definitely more than sensitive.
