Why are there 5 special infected (1 charger, 1 hunter, 2 smokers & 1 jockey/midori) spawned here when there should be maximum of 4 at a time?

the GDD are on the steamworkshop but in short chibi form

They're gamers, so a crossover with any games should be expected.
