Scarlet 200% had Flan only bending the rules since she was using 4 of a kind outside of the barrier. Technically Flan was not cheating.
Compare that to what we have here.
Hell residents - Mind reading + some to come I am sure.
Lost servants team - Suika for Koa, Patchy directly interfering from the outside (not a second).

Ah. I thought you thought I was calling the 75% team cheaters. Have to agree about the current matchup though. IMO, they're still not as bad as Kaguya's team and "Aya 2.999999999 Shamimaru".
i dont understand why people ask for the hell resident discalification for cheating, mind reading was already used in the first battle they had, and was fine
i cant say the same with the other team through, they seems to be the biggers cheaters as far as i have seen, how many rules did they break?

I still cant see it as cheating, as far i am see, the only think Satori is doing is reading the mind of the rivals and telling Orin a counter-strategy, thats as much cheating as Koakuma doing what Patch tell her to do to counter Satori as far as i can see at least
But even if is cheating, the ones doing the more cheating in this battle is the servant team, i mean, when did they even play fair?
I don't think its cheating for someone outside the ring to shout, for example, "Look behind you." Satori is just using her eyes and warning Orin. Its sort of/massively unfair that one of her eyes lets her read minds but I'm not sure if its technically cheating.
