If you ever shoot competitively, you learn fast that women in general tend to be better shots than men of equal experience naturally. No one really knows why. It's (on the whole) true though.

women are generally better at multitasking, so keeping track of wind, humidity, distance, etc. all at once is most likely easier for them.
