The car in question is the Red Bull RB16B. Specifically, the livery was used at the 2021 Turkish Grand Prix as it was the replacement for the cancelled Japanese GP. The livery was a tribute to Honda( engine supplier to both Red Bull and Alpha Tauri) who was suppose to leave at the end of that season. Since then, Honda had changed CEOs and it's reversing that decesion. The race was won by Valterri Bottas with Max Verstrappen and Sergio Perez in 2nd and 3rd

I know the car and the livery, probably the best one RB ever put out. The Collab confused me, though I guess there's weirder ones out there.
