If it wasn’t for the hair shade I would say this is Sitri and not Rhea. She looks younger, the hair is entirely different, looks more like Sittis. She’s acting like other cosplay arts I’ve seen etc.

Though, it’s funny because she does look like one particular attack apeite Rhea has while in this costume, where does look a bit younger than usual. So, might be entirely off here
