I've tagged the tail emerald_tree_boa_(kemono_friends) because of the cross-hatching pattern and the green colour. The other snake friends are either a different colour, or have a different scale pattern (like african_rock_python_(kemono_friends). boomslang_(kemono_friends) would be another candidate but her tail doesn't appear to have any pattern on it at all.
