I'm pretty sure this is based on a commercial about this shy couple sitting on a bench, then a girl appears and make the 2 puddling move and kiss, and the couple watching the puddling almost touch each other with their heads and blush, then the girl goes "rabu rabu ne".
I thought "hey, wouldn't it be funny if I made up some insane sexual act and then named it puddling and posted it here to sicken everyone who read it?" then I thought, it will not sound very real if I just make it up on the spot. I should link to the sexual-orientated definition for puddling on urbandictionary or something. It's sure to have one.
And lo and behold, the no.1 definition was exactly that. (date submitted 2007).
