In the ending of whatever game Eiki came from, It was shown that she's as tall as Komachi and/or Reimu. Now how tall is Komachi and/or Reimu, that's never been mentioned in detail.
I think, canonically at least, Yuuka is chaotic neutral. I mean, it's not like she goes out looking for trouble every single chance she gets, and she only really attacks people who bother her, right?

All Yuka wants is to live peacefully in her flowerbed. Most of her fights were in self defence. The only time Yuka(Canon) was ever on the offensive was in Touhou 05. Where Yuka, Mima, Reimu and Marisa all zerg rushed Makai.

So...she likes to shift between Chaotic Neutral and True Neutral?
Alignment systems in general are shit, with D&D having one of the worst. There's no sense in trying to force two fairly well rounded characters into cookie-cutter archetypes.

Perhaps. Actually, putting fanon Yuka aside, Shikieiki might actually feel sorry for Yuka(trying to justify the pairing). Shikieiki sees things in black and white after all. And really, Yuka's first appearance really does have her on the innocent side.
Reimu and Marisa barge in while she was trying to go to sleep. Yuka had no clue what the shit was going on. Shes the only character that was actually forced to fight in her pajamas. She didn't really have any way to win seeing how Reimu and Marisa had the element of surprise on their side.

Plus Reimu was doing some (as of now) unexplained shit which caused the rampaging demons in the first three games + Marisa & Mima to fight her. Also Marisa was working for Mima up until Touhou 4.

Indeed - canonically, she won't bother people unless they give her a good reason to do so.
But OTOH; in Mystic Square, she says "Genocide is just another game, regardless of wether it involves humans or Makai residents", IIRC before or after her fight with Yumeko.
If we're going to fit Yuuka in the D&D alignment spectrum, then I'd say she's Neutral Evil more than anything else.

I don't think you can really count Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream...

I'm suprised no one's mentioned Perfect Cherry Blossom. If I recall correctly, Yuuka just goes around picking fights and "teasing" others for fun... considering this and her dialogue in Mystic Square, the shamelessly sadistic fanon Yuuka seems a logical elaboration.
Unrelated--this image brings back fond memories of having Yuuka blast Shikieiki to all hell, er, literally.
A thing to ass though, back to the topic of Yuuka's aligment in D&D. If she was Chaotic Evil, there'd be no Gensokyou, nor would there be anything, except flowers, and corpses...

It is mentioned how tall Komachi is. She's supposed to be a tall and imposing Shinigami. Considering that, Eiki is as tall, or at least a bit shorter than Koma. I think I remember seeing something about Reimu being 5'3''. I don't remember where it came from though.

Well you do have to consider that Yuuka is a youkai. Youkai live for the bringing of fear to humans. That doesn't necessarily make her evil though. She enjoys teasing youkai, fairies, and humans alike because she can. She's a youkai sage, meaning she's one of the most powerful youkai in Gensokyo. Another thing to mention: "She doesn't feel an atom of fear when fighting humans or youkai, and loves rubbing people the wrong way." From Perfect Memento. So when she said that genocide thing to Shinki, she was likely saying it just to make Shinki mad, cause Yuuka is... a troll. Literally. So based on that, what would you call her?
