looks like a modified layout of photoshop, the color thing looks different but the brushes panels and layer panel look identical

I think you both misunderstand the reason why Elle Lowel wants to know what program that is, and I know it's not Sai because Sai can most definitely not do that.

A belated and most enthusiastic thanks for telling me this.

So yeah... SAI allows 2D characters to transfer into the 3D plane and all. That is why we love SAI so much. I can now completely give of on 3D girls, 2D all the way now.
