I gathered as much when I googled 病院送り and the first result was a Hakuto no Ken manga cover, but for some reason I just couldn't put 2 and 2 together in this case until you spelled it out for me. I guess I was assuming he was also speaking to Armstrong, and not just Hawkeye.
