I have no idea what 'Tamarakko" is, I'm assuming that it's like tapping or pounding? Mijumaru keeps on saying it. Also I'm not sure what "musamusa" exactly means, please correct...
Tamarakko is a combination of Japanese words "tamaranai" and "rakko." Tamaranai means "unbearable," "absolutely wonderful" or "be overjoyed," and rakko means "sea otter." The girl is unbearably pretty to the Oshawott, so it's overjoyed and can't help tapping! "Tamarakko!"
