From left to right you can see Jeanne, Sanson, Marie, Mozart, Charlotte up front, and Astolfo in the train. These are the obvious ones.

Jalter is all the way over in the bottom right corner. Next to the HP icon.

Not exactly, you're mistaking Chevalier d'Eon for Jeanne. Jeanne is actually down in the corner next fo Jeanne Alter. You can barely see her head and braid above and below the 'P' from 'HP'
