This is not an "old image reworked", this is (a crop of) the original AI-generated image that was re-drawn to create the "original image". Note that the the "original image", while it doesn't have any of the hallmarks of AI, such as the melty lines, messy eyes, and broken hands seen here-- it is a resolution of 4096x4096, or a perfect 8x upscale of a 512x512 AI output. That "original image" was almost certainly drawn from this very reference. This is clearly AI generated, (not to mention it appears to have been made using an old, over-trained model, or a bad prompt, or without an aesthetic CLIP layer, or all three at once). While the re-drawn image has been fully remade by human hands, and thus qualifies for the AI-assisted tag, this one shows no evidence of a human even having tampered with the output, so should be marked as AI-generated. Since this is, in my opinion, a pretty cut-and-dry example of fully AI-generated work, I'm just going to swap the tags, but if anyone disagrees and wants to discuss it further, make a post on the "help identifying AI-generated posts" thread (sorry I don't have the link on hand).
