That actually makes sense-no other touhou I know of has two-toned hair, and her scroll *is* purple and glowing...and her purple hair just happens to be where it seems to be closest to the scroll. Too much of a coincidence if you ask me. Of course, two-tone Byakuren is already set in fanon stone, so not like it really matters at this point.

Kiene and Tokiko have 2 hair colors. So it cant be that hard to believe.

Not talking about Full Moon Kiene actually. Regular Kiene has Blue/silver hair, Which is the same as Tokiko. Its just that alot of fan-artists cant be arsed to do both colors. Yet for some reason They pay special attention to Byakuren's hair. I guess 1 person just colored Kiene's hair full Silver and everyone else kinda just rolled with it.

The blue blends in with the sliver too well while yellow clashes with purple.
