The combination of that sort of pose with that caption instantly makes me think of Digimon Adventure. The strings of numbers only add to it (for whatever weird reason.) Even though the artist makes no suggestion of that being the case in the pixiv entry (to say nothing of the fact it really isn't exactly the same pose) ... I can't shake it.
