You'd think you'd see some visible indication of wind on Suwako at all. Her hat defies gravity. I mean, just look at it. Even if they were going 20 miles per hour, her hat shouldnt be that stiff.

What you don't see is Suwako actually taunting Reimu, who's doing her best to keep up in her 1971 Ford Pinto.
