Being allergic to milk and being hit with a severe allergic reaction after being exposed to it, there are also a number of cases of young babies being deliberately drowned in milk, getting sick from drinking bad milk, etc. Most of those, however, are significantly less violent ways to die than being shot out of the skies by some giant woman's anti-air lactation.
Funnily enough, Yamato has now shot down about as many airplanes as she did in real life.
Keep in mind, one of the 10 airplanes lost during Yamato's final mission went down because it was flying over Yamato right when the battleship's magazine went up, and the shockwave made the plane flip and crash.
