I have no idea what that helicopter is. I threw on the Changhe Z-8 tag because it's the only one that semi-fits the profile but it looks like a Z-5 more than anything (except for the fact that the Z-5 has been out of service for decades.

It has a Black Hawk-esque profile but with the tailwheel closer to the centerline. That makes it a Z-20F.
The attack helicopters at the distance also have four pylons and a five-bladed rotor, which makes them Z-10s. Z-19 has two pylons and a four-bladed rotor.
