Sort of, yeah. A translation shouldn't rely on the idioms of the language being translated from. A good translator finds ways to, you know, actually translate the text of a thing instead of leaving parts un-translated on the assumption that the reader will be able to puzzle out what it means.
As an addendum, I don't want to sound ungrateful, since I'm glad for all the translations we get here. Leaving idioms untranslated is just one of my pet peeves since it creates a barrier for the uninitiated reader, so I go off a little out of proportion. It was just a little constructive criticism delivered in an intensely un-constructive way.
ใใใใใชใ (shouganai) can mean either a fatalistic "oh, there's nothing that can be done about this", or can be used (with or without the -ko added) to refer to someone as being "helpless on their own, like a child".
The latter definition gets used a lot in reference to characters who are teen-aged (or older) and still have a breast fixation. Contextually, I believe this is the meaning intended here, so, changed.
Nodoka-chan's boobs are so~ftGeez... You're just helpless, aren't you.
