Much floof, very full composition. It's been a long time since I drew my last harpy, and wanted to do one with hip wings, since that was mentioned the last time. So I got Moroha's permission to draw Sarah. Inspiration for the outfit was my vague memories of the harpy ladies from Yu-Gi-Oh.
