I feel like she'd short out the game. Probably gone through a few of those.

She should probably play those kinds of games with a grounding wire on or maybe while hooked up to a transformer. That way her anger powers the city.

I understand level is a matter of "battle capacity", but the fact that sparks of electricity escape her unconsciously seems like something you'd control. Haven't read the novels, does she have poor control over her power?
